The reason the issues of fraud, embezzlement, lack of travel documents, cruelty to animals, etc in the three separate cases came to light that are illustrated at the links above and below (a mere three examples of many more occurring with all different species of animals) is because people that actually care about animals

* became suspicious of the double-dealing and double-talk,

*suspicious of the distraction and deflection tactics used by deceptive “rescues”,

*suspicious of obvious bait and switch,

*suspicious of the obvious playing of “the shell game” with animals,

*suspicious of the lack of transparency regarding player rescues refusal to post fundraising and financial accounts,

*travel and health documents,

*suspicious of the lack of transparency and accountability regarding publicly posting vet reports for all of the animals that are being examined by the rescues vet according to the faux rescues,

*euthanasia reports that are tracking info on how many animals are being euthanized and the occurrence date,

etc, etc, etc.

These good and caring people that made those calls and sent those emails didn’t just play around and involve themselves in drama, rumors, gossip, and innuendo without facts on Facebook.

They instead picked up this device known as a telephone, and also used email instead of Twitter, Facebook, etc that most law enforcement agencies are too busy to look at, and they got in touch with law enforcement in large numbers.

They called and emailed with concerns, questions the rescues refused to answer when asked by nobodies in the public that they can ignore, figures that kept changing (called “fluid” or sometimes “eleventh hour saves” by the rescues that are running cons, which is actually fundraising fraud when running designated fundraisers for specific things), that didn’t make sense.

Too bad that SO MANY people want to have other people do the heavy lifting because they’re too damn lazy and apathetic to do it themselves.

They’re also fully involved in the drama just as much as the “rescues” they’re suspicious of, so they’re too busy with that excitement and entertainment to step away from social media and actually do something constructive regarding the scammers using animals to make a fortune that often ends with the hustlers in animal “rescue” (they’re animal dealers and not rescues at all), performing their disgusting habit of killing and disappearing animals after the animal/s isn’t/aren’t a cash cow for donation collection anymore.

Social media is good for some things such as socializing, making friends, joining groups regarding hobbies, advocacy, activities, or professions or work other people are also interested in.

It is also sometimes good for the collection of evidence, documentation, and proof and facts related to fraud, racketeering, extortion, money laundering, animal cruelty, etc.

But at some point, the time for social media needs to be put on the back burner and law enforcement is necessary, with them putting their professional investigators on the case, with the help of proof via emails, screenshots, PM’s, texts, etc sent by the concerned party/s that went the extra mile to contact law enforcement agencies.

Facebook and other social media platforms are like “palace politics” on steroids, so continue to play your cloak and dagger games if it turns you on, but at some point, IF you really care about the animals that are being USED to make a fortune by cruddy, low-end swindlers posing as animal rescues that dispose of innocent animals once their use and purpose is finished, you will make the calls, send the emails and speak to local, regional, state, and federal agencies. They can, and will with enough pressure from multiple people and/or organizations, do something if enough people apprise them of critical situations that in the end really is a matter of life, but more often death for animals at the blood-stained hands of the betrayers that ‘say’ they are rescuers.

Their actions speak much louder than the lying words their ignorant, true believer followers eat up like the dumb sheeple they are, but with enough concern and caring from real animal lovers, the sheeple have a way of disappearing because they don’t have a factual leg to stand on.

INTERVENTION — Reality Show Rescue Addicts – How YOU Are Killing the Animals

conartists9
This is an Intervention.
It probably won’t work, but for the sake of innocent animals, we must at least try.
Unfortunately, social media has made fundraising, marketing, and PR free and easy for donation-funded “welfare animal rescues”.
We are not speaking of the welfare of animals, oh no, far from it. Instead, these “rescues” are exactly like welfare recipients that supposedly “can’t find a job” and/or like scammers that say they can’t work but they are not disabled. Since they are often really good actors, they have fake accidents with them playing the part of the victim – i.e. the “slip and fall accident” is the classic “accident” and one that most everyone has heard of. The scam-artists “work the system” committing fraud and collecting as much free money as they can before starting in with other scams.
Some, perhaps many of the operators of animal rescues are the garden-variety con-artists that have come out of their holes because there are literally MILLIONS of “marks” and “addicts” on social media they can con money out of using animals as “the hook” and “donation-bait”.
conartists7
They use and exploit animals AND gullible people who literally become addicted to reality-show-fakery as their primary source of entertainment (these people must live pathetically sad, miserable, boring little lives to be sucked-in by the players that run these scams).
People that follow these “rescues” that assuredly aren’t animal rights or animal welfare rescues unless “rescuing” animals includes conning money out of people and then disposing of animals “wherever”, are NOT animal lovers even though they may actually believe they are.
conartists14
Why are they not really animal lovers? For the fundamental reason that they really don’t care to know where EVERY ANIMAL the reality-show-rescue that USES other peoples money to operate (the primary players at the pretend-rescue don’t have jobs, so they can’t operate their “rescue” unless fools send them money they don’t have to account for) they follow “rescues” ends up weeks, months, or a year after “rescue”.
The so-called “animal lovers” also don’t care to know if the animal is dead or alive once its been swallowed up by the “rescue”.
And most astonishing is the fact that all a person needs are two eyes and a normally functioning brain in order to determine that these “rescues” aren’t presenting the non-glamorous “reality” of rescue much of the time.
They are presenting entertainment, pretend, fantasy-fiction for the viewers enjoyment, and more importantly for people who have made their “careers rescuing, they provide fast-paced, ever-changing drama, emergencies, sympathy-eliciting stories for the primary purpose of loosening their followers purse strings.
The honest facts related to real rescuing are that its often intensive, hard work taking care of multiple animals, there isn’t usually drama and excitement every day, and real rescuers OFTEN work at non-rescue-related jobs in order to be the primary financial provider for the animals they have taken responsibility for so in the event that no donations or outside financial help came in at all, the animals would still have their critical needs met and the rescuers just wouldn’t be able to drive nicer vehicles (what are those?), get cosmetic surgery (for what reason? The animals don’t care what a person looks like), take vacations to exotic locales (vacations are so few and far between for real rescuers, they can’t remember the last time they “went someplace” on vacation), buy the trendy, expensive handbag or sunglasses (some really nice things can be found at thrift stores), etc.
Sure, the “addicted-ones” will tell people they “asked questions” of the “rescue”, however, their questions are OFTEN answered with vagueness by the animal dealers posing as a rescue with pretend answers such as “they were adopted”, “they’re in a foster home”, or “they’re at the trainers”, and golly-gosh, that’s good enough for the naive, ignorant, addicted chumps.
Flattery3
Far be it for them to ask for current photos and/or videos. And of course they never ask to see vet reports their reality-show-rescue should have because “every animal is examined by the vet upon intake”. So when a “bone is thrown” to these dumb, addicted people and the “rescue” periodically posts a vet report, or shows photos or videos of animals in their new home, well hot damn, they’ve been shown things and in their non-animal loving addicts minds, that’s good enough for them. Its good enough for these dumb people to the extent that even when a “rescue” has “rescued” hundreds of animals in a year that donation money paid for securing the animal and to pay for their on-going care, throwing the addicted morons a bone and showing a couple of photos, a video here and there, or a vet report is still good enough for them to not question where in the hell are ALL of the several hundred other animals?
These addicted buffoons, like addicts everywhere, aren’t going to rock that boat by pushing for answers to questions regarding hundreds of animals their favorite rescue “rescued” in a years time.
The reason they don’t ask in-depth questions they expect answers for?  Because addicts can’t take the chance their “supplier” the reality-show-rescue that keeps them entertained cuts them off from that entertainment, drama and camaraderie  they are addicted to. They sure as hell don’t want to be shunned, blocked, or even bullied and threatened by other addicted-follower-chumps.
conartists12
Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal if people were/are addicted to a reality show because the players in the show are there of their own free will to make money, to get attention because many of them are narcissists, etc.
However, in the case of donation-funded reality-show-animal-rescue, the primary players, innocent animals USED as “donation-bait”, are being used and exploited in order for the scam-artists in animal rescue to earn obscene amounts of money they don’t have to account for because they always have multiple accounts people send money to, they love the accolades, and they love having brain-washed addicts to sic on anyone that is “giving them trouble” – you know, like the real animal lovers that keep pressing for answers regarding where rescued animals are, are they alive or dead, and if dead, where are the vet and euthanasia reports relating why the rescued animal that donations attained and are supposed to be used for their on-going care were killed?
'Why should I go out in the real world when I have so much reality TV?'
None of this will probably have an impact, or will change the behavior of the non-animal-loving addicts because they are lost to their addiction and most of them don’t think they need help.
This information is for the real animal lovers who are perhaps uncertain of what’s going on and are kind of sitting the fence on this issue.
Please do ALL of the “rescued animals” what could be a life-saving favor and have the courage to ask in-depth questions of “rescues” that say they are “transparent” and “an open book”. When they write stuff like that, a registered nonprofit MUST answer questions. It is unlawful for them not to.
Please be brave enough to pursue answers. Don’t let the bullies at the “rescue” and their addicted followers shout you down. Like bullies and mobs everywhere, they count on the fact that “you don’t want trouble” or “its not my problem” and you’ll leave them alone.
Its understandable to be afraid of being bullied, harassed, stalked, and maybe even threatened by mobs of addicted-followers.
Seriously, the fake rescues getting away with scamming isn’t totally their fault. After all, con-artists are the same everywhere and they’ve been around since humans have walked the Earth.
conartists5
The people that are to blame for why these scams work are the naive, gullible, and yes, addicted people that so badly want to be a part of the “team”, and they have a need to be entertained at the expense of innocent animals because they are lacking something in their own lives and they live vicariously through the excitement the scammer’s provide them with every time they “tune-in” online.
All that being said however, the true victims are the animals that are being used for criminal and personal profit and gain by people portraying themselves as animal lovers and rescuers.
The innocent animals can’t defend themselves, they don’t have a voice, and its a horrible tragedy AND betrayal of the worst kind when they are used to gain money and then killed and disappeared like broken merchandise when the con-artists in rescue are done using them and need “fresh merchandise” (to sell while calling it “adoption”) and ‘donation-bait’ animals (you know, the ones that are paraded around as “donation-bait” even if they’re in pain)  to create drama out of so their addict-followers can get their “fix”.
Animal Rights1
If you really love animals, please don’t turn your back on them. Please don’t let the “bad actors” get away with playing the role of the victim that have so many “haters” out “to get them”. These women (few men) can turn on the waterworks any time, any place they need to in order to get sympathy from their addict-followers when all they really need to do is ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING WHERE ALL OF THE ANIMALS THEY RESCUED IN THE PAST YEAR USING DONATION MONEY ARE, AND ARE THEY ALIVE OR DEAD. Yes, it IS that simple. People that are organized enough to have multiple admin’s, many volunteers, they submit grant applications, they do photo ops and live video feeds, they have “teams” for everything you can think of, they enter contests, they have merchandise to buy of all different types, and on and on, are CERTAINLY organized enough to KNOW where every, single animal they “rescued” in the past year are, and are they alive or dead.
So don’t let them get away with any more fakery of them playing the victim/s because they are NOT. They use the pathetic victim role in order to distract people from pursuing answers, and the only victims when they are allowed to get away with their BS are the animals that are supposed to be safe in rescue, and often are not.
Instead of letting them “work you”, ask questions regarding where ALL of the animals a donation-funded rescue has “rescued” currently are weeks, months, and a year after the animal was rescued. Responsible rescues have that information and will also be happy to provide current date-stamped photos and/or videos of every single animal they rescued using donor money.
And if the animal is dead, responsible rescues will provide vet and euthanasia reports that relate why it was the option chosen.
cropped-live-as-a-lion.jpg
Please be a Champion for rescued animals, don’t turn your back on them because some freak con-artists threaten you.
The so-called “rescued animals” are counting on real and true animal lovers to be their voice – especially if they have fallen into the hands of the new breed and trend in rescue of reality-show-rescues that have addicted followers that really don’t care what ultimately happens to the animals and are only interested in getting their excitement and entertainment “fix” in order to deal with their often mundane, boring lives.
Do Something1
One last thing if you decide to be a Champion for animals: start creating a paper trail of screengrabs and correspondence of you politely asking a donation-funded rescue questions regarding the animals they’ve “rescued” using donation money.
Their dodging, evasion to answering your questions, and lying will leave no doubt in the minds of investigators that somethings “hinkey” as you begin at the local level where the rescue is located and keep walking up the ladder to the regional, state, and federal complaint level if necessary.
Many people hit a brick wall at the local level when filing complaints because of “one hand washing the other”, incentives, friendships in law enforcement, etc.
So document everything, keep files so that when it is time to complain on behalf of the animals being used and disposed of, you can go beyond the local level, get beyond that corruption, and show investigators that you really did try to stay local with your concerns, but the almost incestuous local corruption was impossible to get past.
Truth7
Do it for the animals because with reality-show-social-media-rescuing as the money-making trend the past several years using animals as “donation-bait”, there are thousands upon thousands of animals every year that are being USED and then eliminated like they never existed at all.
With true animal lovers help, the scammer-rescues can be exposed and eliminated, allowing the rescues that love animals to flourish…….but that won’t happen until real and true animal lovers unite, take a stand, and take action on behalf of all of the animals that need your help.

Drama-junkies Supporting Donation-Funded “Rescues-Kill Shelters” Are Guilty Of HEARTLESS Executions of Innocent”Rescued Animals”

All Life Matters

When to Euthanize — YesBiscuit Blog

In reading at the link above how making the decision to euthanize beloved animals is often the most difficult decision a loving animal owner will ever have to make, this is why it’s so disturbing that more and more for-profit animal “rescues”/”shelters” that are primarily, or entirely donation-fueled (that’s why they so disingenously pander to the naive, gullible, foolish people on social media with their OFTEN fictional-fantasy, lying stories of their “heroics” because if the public stopped sending them free money, their animal dealerships would fold) kill MANY healthy animals that are supposed to be safe-in-rescue just because:

1. They can’t sell/adopt the animal out for enough money to make it worth their time and money to warrent letting the animal live peacefully in rescue/sanctuary,

2. The rescued animal won’t sell quickly enough so that they can make room for more animals they can beg for “emergency donations” to ‘rescue’;

3. The animal may have mild NON-life threatening physical and/or behavioral issues that will hinder adopting them out with, or without a fee.

The current world of social media “retail rescue” functions off of the high volume, high turnover of animals going in and out of the “rescue-kill shelters”, and “crisis rescuing” which bring in the most money in donations from the naive, easily manipulated, donating public.

Mob Mentality

Drama-junkie, entertainment-addicted faux animal lovers in the rescue world tune-in to online social media “rescue” to be entertained, and an “emergency rescue” is orchastrated by the master manipulators at primarily, or entirely donation-fueled and funded “rescues” to play on the social-media-rescue-following publics heartstrings, and loosen their purse strings again, and again, and again like the mundane, daily, and ordinary tasks of everyday rescuing and daily care of animals never can.

The problem with this model of “rescuing” is that there MUST be crisis and a sense of immediacy of “we NEED YOUR MONEY NOW so we can rescue these poor animals” in order for the FREE donation money to keep flowing in to the for-profit retail rescues coffers.

In fact, this accounts for a huge portion of their income stream and monthly nut.

However, what’s a retail rescue to do with the reality of them accumulating more, and more, and more animals that they can’t sell quickly, or can’t sell at all, can’t find foster homes for to get the animals off their feed and maintenance bills that designated donations are raised to cover, can’t get rid of animals that don’t want to die, but badly want to live?

BINGO!

You kill healthy animals, and then convince the foolish, entertainment-addicted public that you had “no other choice” because the animal “had issues”, all while NOT SHOWING VET REPORTS AND EUTHANASIA REPORTS that show WHY and HOW the animal was euthanized/KILLED/EXECUTED.

asking questions5

It’s an interesting and tragic phenomenon when so many in the public are so quick to follow blindly along when a donation-fueled “rescue” kills animals “they say” ‘needed to die’ in a supposed mercy-killing, but when asked for documentation that illustrates the WHY’S and HOW’S of the killing, they:

*refuse to answer,

*or they are evasive in their answers,

*or they are aggressive and combative in their answers,

*or they sic their thug keyboard-bully followers on anyone that dares to care enough about animals to ask questions

of WHY animals that had thousands of dollars sent in by generous people in the public to rescue them end up being DEAD by:

*chemical euthanasia,

*shooting,

*gassing,

*or disappeared into the black hole of “de-valued animals” that exhausted their “donation-value” have a way of doing.

The trend of people going along with the killings of rescued animals that had donation-money sent in through various unregulated, unaccountable means of payment appears to be hitting it’s peak as more people become suspicious of “rescue-kill shelters” who beg and plead for donation money as new “crisis rescues” appear constantly……….

…..but there are still people that follow the for-profit retail rescues for the entertainment-value that think anything the “rescue sez” is just dandy, which effectively makes the often phony ‘rescues’ asshole enabler followers JUST AS RESPONSIBLE for the KILLING of animals that are supposed to be “rescued and safe”.

These shallow, stupid supporters may have just as well killed the innocent animals themselves, with the poisoned syringe and needle in their grubby hands, or a smoking gun and blood explosions as yet another healthy animal that wants to live, dies instead.

Pathological Liar8

For those idiotic, heartless, cruel people that go along with the de-valuing of the lives of animals just like your favorite rescues tell you you should:

*you are traitors and betrayors,

*and your shit attitudes in the de-valuing of lives just because you’re too drama-addicted and stupid to realize that YOU, just like the so-called ‘rescued animals’, are props, and pawns, and cogs in a wheel that are being USED to power the enabling of a for-profit animal dealership posing as a “rescue” to buy, sell, barter, trade, and KILL animals when their usefulness is OVER.

YOUR willfully clueless behavior is not going un-noticed by those who are determined to put a stop to the wholesale killing of animals by the money-grubbing serial killers of animals.

Innocent, gentle animals are supposed to be rescued with thousands of dollars of donation money sent in for that purpose.

Instead, MANY are being callously and cruelly killed after their value in bringing in FREE MONEY for the narcissists and sociopaths in social media crisis-rescuing is over.

Crisis-rescue-junkies — keep up your mindless, moronic, junkie-behavior and it will be too late to disassociate yourself from your favorite scammy donation-fueled “rescue-kill shelter” that kills animals and that will be exposed, it’s just a matter of time.

They wouldn’t get away with their despicable killing behavior if YOU weren’t enabling them by being:

*a dumb groupie and cheerleader,

*a donor,

*an excuse-maker,

*and a keyboard-bully attacking people that ask reasonable questions,

for the primary reasons that YOU want to be entertained (to relieve the boredom of your purposeless life?)

*you live vicariously through other people and their manic, mentally unbalanced behavior

and you for some sad reason also pathetically have the NEED to belong.

Animal Rights1

You can still redeem yourself and help stop the killing of innocent animals that are supposed to be “safe in rescue”…..really, you can.

All you have to do is:

*admit that talented scam – artists operating on social media managed to fool you with their puffery, misrepresentation, embellishments, and blatant, pathological LYING,

*think for yourself,

*don’t be afraid of not belonging to a killing team, a murderous village, a heathen tribe,

*and care enough about animals to ask questions,

*and if/WHEN  logical, concise answers are NOT forth-coming,

*you will file complaints with organizations and agencies that will get answers one way or another in order to,

*protect “rescued animals” from being USED, BETRAYED, and KILLED by those running con-games posing as rescuers in DONATION-FUELED rescue.

Truth7

It IS that easy to become a hero for animals,

to be their voice,

EXPOSING those that will never stop exploiting them,

until YOU,

and YOU,

and thousands of YOU’s,

come together in harmony and love

to STOP the greedy, self-absorbed conscience-LESS traitors,

from hurting and killing animals,

with no questions asked and answered,

UNLESS and UNTIL they are persistently demanded.

sheeple people2

Oh, and by-the-way, those people that are on the Board of Directors or are Officers in these “rescues” that wantonly and callously KILL healthy, innocent animals that are supposed to be “safe in rescue” that were “rescued” USING DONATED FUNDS?

You may think you can plead ignorance and innocence regarding the misuse of donated funds AND the KILLING of healthy, innocent rescued animals.

However, YOU are supposed to be the “checks and balances” that help keep people HONEST and doing the unselfish work of NONPROFIT animal rescue.

Unfortunately, narcissistic, manipulative, sociopathic people are OFTEN only “into” animal rescue for the free money flowing in, the free animals they attain USING other peoples money that they can sell, and the accolades whereby animals in need are mere props, pawns, and a vehicle to celebrity and attention.

When you do suspect shady and/or illegal activities, or are suspicious of WHY so many animals are being killed, or are simply disappearing at an alarming rate and your questions go unanswered, or if you are the Treasurer in charge of the finances for the nonprofit and you’re unable to balance the books and/or are having difficulty figuring out what donation money is being spent on, IF you possess a conscience, or IF you have a sense of self-preservation, you would be well advised to distance yourself from questionable dealings and a rescue that is not as it appears.

Taking it an ethical step farther, whistle blowing may be in order to protect animals, and protect yourself, for the simple reason that when the domino’s begin to topple, even “if” you are an honest, ethical person, YOU will be painted with the same broad, tainted brush as the crooks and criminals because you didn’t say a word about the bad things that were happening at the “rescue” you were involved with.

Lyin’, Lying, Pathological Liars Operating in Donation-Funded FOR-PROFIT Animal Rescue – Kill Shelters

AKA – They kill and disappear innocent animals, don’t they?

Everyone watches the vile pattern of behavior unfold, as many primarily, or entirely donation-funded animal rescues-kill shelters, that are no better than generational welfare (FREE money) recipients workin’-it in the unregulated free-for-all that is the social media arena, attain more, and more, and more animals using donation money, and then refuse to tell the public WHERE IN THE HELL ARE ALL OF THE ANIMALS DISAPPEARING TOO and/or WHY ARE YOU KILLING RESCUED ANIMALS WITHOUT SHOWING VET REPORTS DETAILING WHY THE ANIMAL MUST BE PUT-DOWN?!?!?

It begs the question “why isn’t the concerned animal loving public doing more to get answers regarding the WHEREABOUTS of animals that are supposed to be safe at rescues that attained the animals through the USE of donation money?”

Here’s why, and if you don’t believe this is a primary reason people don’t pursue answers, go ahead and ask questions of your favorite donation-funded rescue that attains a lot of animals whose whereabouts are unknown mere days or months from when they were rescued:

ALL of the donation-funded “rescues” that tend to attain a lot of animals, but then won’t account for EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM after being attained with donated funds, have “enablers” and cult-members ready and willing to go on the attack on behalf of their gurus at the rescue – kill shelter they are ignorant followers of.

These nasty, vicious, chump followers can be counted on to go on the attack on people that ask simple, concise, straight-forward questions that honest rescues using donated funds to rescue and take care of animals will happily answer.

It’s quite easy to separate the real and good donation-funded animal rescues from the shady ones, that often are lowlife animal dealers posing as “rescues”;

all one needs to do is ask straight-forward, targeted questions and see if they readily answer, or instead they go into evasion-mode, they sic their brainwashed, idiotic, but vicious like a rabid dog cult followers on you, you have bogus false reports filed against you by “anonymous complainants, and other equally nasty things occur suddenly.

These sub-humans can be counted on to bully, threaten, belittle, defame, threaten, stalk, and even call in “false reports” (which is ILLEGAL by the way) to taxpayer-funded government agencies.

This is a quote from an expert on stalking:

“Organized Gang Stalking is a form of terrorism used against an individual in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person’s life so they will:

have a nervous break-down, become incarcerated, institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional, or physical pain, become homeless, and/or commit suicide.

This is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror and general harassment.

It is a “ganging up” by members of the community, and via the Internet, who follow an organizer and participate in a systematic “terrorizing” of an individual.

Organized gang stalking can involve a group in the hundreds to thousands harassing a single person or family 24/7. The victim is stalked en masse by car, foot, bike, air and Internet in order alienate and isolate the victim.

The goals of gang stalking are to:

Provoke the victim to assault someone and get arrested;

Make the victim seem delusional/ mentally ill (see “gaslighting”);

Make the victim so depressed they become suicidal.

Tactics used are relentless color harassment, noise harassment, air harassment, hand signals, electronic monitoring inside the home and car (complete invasion of privacy;

redirecting of phone calls, emails, postal mail),

via social media, workplace mobbing, “directed conversation” and innuendo,

erratic/ aggressive driving, bizarre/rude/bullying behavior in the community, and much more.

This is extreme criminal activity that is becoming more common and needs to be outlawed.”

As more and more animal lovers donate and support rescues from afar (they follow the rescue via social media because they live hundreds, if not thousands of miles away – and if not for social media they do their carnie-fund-raising on to finagle money out of naive “marks”, MOST of these “retail rescues” wouldn’t even be in business – whereby they are not at the rescue facility to keep track of where the rescued animals are, more and more of these people are asking targeted questions regarding the “rescued animals” whereabouts and wellbeing.

Additionally, people are asking for documentation such as:

*vet reports that fundraisers were run to pay for veterinary services for the rescued animals,

*vet reports and euthanasia reports describing WHY an animal HAD to be put down,

*itemized vet bills for each particular horse the “rescue says” their vet is looking at, examining, and evaluating,

*number of animals rescued in the past year and current, date – stamped photos of the animals showing their condition,

*numbers of adoptions in the previous month featuring current photos of the animals in their new home,

*receipts for vet care,

*feed for animals,

*body disposal bills.

Very telling is when a primarily, or entirely donation-funded (as opposed to a primarily, or entirely self-funded animal rescue whose operators pay for everything, or most everything pertaining to the rescue with their own money) animal rescue becomes evasive, refuses to answer simple questions and provide documentation they should have.

A huge red flag is when the rescues true believer cult followers begin assaulting people asking questions by bullying, belittling, threatening, stalking, using foul, inappropriate language, name calling, and also calling in false reports to taxpayer-funded government agencies (illegal, but this happens A LOT).

If, or when this happens, the person being assaulted should start collecting screenshots of the lack of answers to their questions posed to the rescue, and also of the assaults by thug-followers of the “rescue” ‘gang bullying”, which will be sent to various law enforcement and other government agencies such as the Attorney Generals and Secretary of States offices that are in charge of investigating nonprofit animal rescues, along with detailed written complaints.

If more animal lovers would follow-through regarding asking questions that are supposed to be rescued, and also file complaints to the appropriate government agencies regarding animals that are supposed to be “rescued and safe” uthrough the use of asked for, and received “designated donations”, there would/will be far fewer “bad apple opportunist rescues” out for personal profit and gain USING animals as “props” and “bait”, and the rescues doing real rescue that they are not profiting and gaining from would get more much needed support.

Be sure to also include the entire Board of Directors for the rescue because even if unaware of wrongdoing, they are just as culpable as the people doing the shady and/or illegal activities at the rescue.

The Board of Directors are supposed to act as “checks and balances” for the rescue, so even if they aren’t “hands on” at the rescue, they are still supposed to be aware of the operations at the rescue.

Animal lovers in the public:

Don’t be sucked in, and become addicted to the entertain, excitment, and drama  that is spoon-fed to you by showboating, reality show-type animal rescues that are often operated by extreme narcissists, “puffers”, pathological liars, and even sociopaths that mostly care about themselves and not anything, or anyone else.

Real and honest animal rescue is not fireworks and drama – instead, the real, everyday rescuing and caring for rescued animals are labors of love, and is often about as exciting and entertaining as watching grass grow or paint dry.

In other words, don’t be the fool that’s born everyday and fall for what the opportunists and connivers in donation-funded rescue are trying to sell you in the form of drama and entertainment that you can live vicariously through them to rev-up the somewhat mundane daily life you lead.

True animal lovers couldn’t care less about being entertained, or living vicariously through the “actors” in donation-funded animal rescue because their primary concern and bottom-line is ALWAYS for the animals that are rescued, and also WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM AFTER THEY ARE RESCUED, so the manic antics of the “rescuers” at a reality-show-type “rescue” is mere distraction and smoke-and-mirrors designed to distract and deceive.

Animals Going M.I.A. At Rescues – Like Socks In A Dryer

No Spin4

Lets cut to the chase and quit tip-toeing around the issue and question –

No sugar-coating, no political correctness, no BS.

What exactly do “donation-funded – adoption-based” animal rescues do with un-adoptable animals that have physical and/or behavioral issues that are not severe enough to cause the animal to have a poor quality of life (the animal wants to live) but the animal is not adoptable with or without a fee because of those issues?

You know, the animals these “rescues” acquire through seizures and raids against animal owners (when they “partner”/are in collusion with animal control) that “they say” are neglecting and starving them (but that they don’t produce factual proof, bloodwork, vet reports to substantiate what they are saying is true)?

Or the ones they acquire at auctions using donor money to buy them that they are unable to handle or interact much with the animal at the auction house and are only able to do all but a superficial evaluation?

In the instances above, evaluations of animals physical and/or behavioral health cannot be evaluated thoroughly during the feeding frenzy of a raid on an animal owners property (as the often innocent animal owners are being terrorized, held hostage on their own property, and can only watch as their beloved animals are being subjected to stress and terror, their place is being ransacked, and their personal property inanimate objects in addition to the animals they own, are being loaded up and taken).

Animals cannot usually be thoroughly evaluated during the “excitment”, drama and competitiveness between bidders at an auction/sale (horse and dog auctions usually, where so-called “rescues” OFTEN outbid private buyers for the more desirable animals they can flip/SELL at a very tidy profit).

So when the rescuers get the animals they have attained with DESIGNATED (other peoples) DONATION MONEY back to the “rescue facility”, they evaluate and “sort” animals, like “sorting” merchandise at a thrift store for instance (used items).

Then, based on color, breeding, disposition, “desirability” for adoption (selling) and other factors, decisions are made regarding:

*which animals can be sold (“adopted for a fee”),

*which animals still have “donation-value” whereby their age or condition, with the right story and “spin”/”puffing” assigned to them, tugs on the heartstrings of animal lovers because they have disabilities, deformaties, or are “special needs” and these particular animals are “cash cows” that can and do bring in thousands of dollars in absolutely free donation money,

*which animals are worthless on the open adoption/retail market, and although not in acute or chronic pain that can’t be monitored and controlled in relatively simple and inexpensive ways, they are not candidates for EASY re-homing,

*or perhaps they are older animals that have behavioral issues that render them un-rehomable because successful training and / or rehabilitation into adoptability is probably not going to happen,

are then they are KILLED or “disappeared” because they’re a ball-n-chain, a money-pit, and an “incovenience” to the rescue that is “not in the business” of caring for animals that don’t carry their own weight with no return on the time and (other peoples) money spent on them.

In what world is it a-O.K. to beg and plead for donations to “rescue” animals, take them back to the “rescue” facility, “sort” them like feelingless merchandise, seperate the sellable ones from the reject merchandise (not the right color, ugly, broken), and then kill or “disappear” (to death) the animals that didn’t make the cut?

Bingo! You win the prize if you guessed the unregulated, no rules and no holds barred world of donation-funded animal (trafficking) “rescue”.

Lives Matter1

All animals lives matter, – – yes, they do -even. the. animals. that. can’t. or. won’t. “do”. anything. for. anyone.

And this is especially true when donation-funded animal rescues ask for and receive free money donations from compassionate people and are supposed to be RESCUING ANIMALS ON THEIR BEHALF SINCE THOSE DONORS CAN’T RESCUE “HANDS-ON” IN-PERSON THEMSELVES.

So just because some low-life animal traders at a retail rescue justify killing animals to their brainless sheeple-followers saying the animal is supposedly “in pain” (why won’t they publicly post vet reports where their vet states their opinions and findings for EVERY animal they attain USING donation money?), “they are wild and can’t be trained, they are dangerous” (why don’t they post videos for the public to see of the animals dangerous behavior?) doesn’t mean its really true at all.

The tragic truth is that if the hustlers and animal dealers at some/many donation-funded rescues mouths are moving and their fingers are typing, they are probably LYING because, NO SURPRISE HERE, they are pathological liars.

Raining Money1

The FACTS are that donation-funded, adoption-based animal (retail) rescue business models (“rescue is their job” and a fine one it is when you’re a talented and convincing con-artist working your “marks”) are based on creating a cash flow of free money (think being on welfare with other people supporting your lifestyle of being “a rescuer” and playing with animals all the live long day).

Tall Tales1

However, the stark reality is that these people are your garden-variety hucksters and hustlers (many of whom know how to work the government aid system and collect SSI, food stamps, disability payments, unemployment, put in phony insurance claims, and other things only real players know how to do effectively) dealing in “used and refurbished animals”, with a social club-type atmoshere where people can feel like they are a part of “a team”, “a village”, they “belong”, they are “helping”, “we’re all in this together” and bunches of other syrupy “feel good” things designed to rope in the gullible volunteers and followers that will never be a part of the inner-circle that are privvy to the workings of the “rescue” and are pulling the strings.

Journalist1

They even have their “pet journalists” that can be counted on to write “fluff pieces” about how “wonderful the rescue is”, and these hacks NEVER FACT-CHECK OR VERIFY ANY OF THE INFORMATION THAT IS SPOON-FED TO THEM BY THE SCAMMERS at the rescue.

People that are local to the rescue can volunteer (after they sign their whistleblowing rights away with the handy-dandy confidentiality agreement modern day rescues require they sign so people don’t go all Edward Snowden on them) and can get their “we’re rescuers fix” even though everyone knows that they are free labor just one negative comment, observation, or question away from being booted-off the rescue property if they get too curious or suspicious regarding where are all the animals disappearing to, or why healthy, or reasonably healthy animals are being CRUELLY killed.

Most people however live vicariously and “rescue from afar” over the Internet on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, InstaGram, etc, participating with their favorite rescue (that they really don’t know much about other than what “the rescue tells them”), sending them money, cheerleading for them, acting as attack dogs when anyone dares to ask questions they’re too brainwashed to ask themselves.

These drones are also the good little soldiers that can be counted on to call in (illegal) false reports to TAX-PAYER FUNDED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES SUCH AS ANIMAL CONTROL, LAW ENFORCEMENT, THE DEPARTMENT OF AG, AND OTHERS whenever their handlers at the rescue want to destroy ANYONE that is asking the rescue too many questions, or are putting out FACTUAL INFORMATION on a (retail) rescue that could and would get them in DEEP TROUBLE with local, regional, and even federal law enforcement agencies, DA’s, AG’s offices, the taxation board, the IRS and others if the facts grew legs and run and run and run (to the media too).

Hucksters1

The “marketing staff” (carnies and barkers) at the rescue give the “useful idiots” (their enabler followers in other words) in the public what they want and are brilliant at staging “rescues”, portraying animal owners and even other rescues (that don’t rely on hand-out panhandling donations from other people in order to operate) as the cruel villians and the (retail) rescue as the champions for animals (even though they kill and dispose of so many animals they can’t USE in stealth and secrecy and pocket the free designated donation money to use as they wish).

Everything looks peachey-keen on the surface of what is presented to the public by these animal traders and dealers posing as “rescues” because we do give credit where credit is due and they are brilliant at providing entertainment to the excitment and drama addicted public that literally get HIGH from the fare they are served day-after-day, and week-after-week and probably get their morning coffee and immediately tune-up for more entertainment, drama, excitment, and ability to liven up their boring, mundane lives by living vicariously through the rescue-hustlers.

But anyone that keeps a close eye on shady rescues can easily see that a notable imbalance exists of animals that enter the “rescue” and those that are actually spoken about leaving through adoption (sold without having to deal with sales tax charged to the buyer as retail businesses that are operating LEGALLY must charge), are in foster care”, are sent “out for training”, are “in a sanctuary” (where. current. photos. of. the. animal.  are. not. available. ever), etc, DON’T MATCH UP IN THE LEAST with the numbers leaving the (black hole) rescue alive, AND MANY ANIMALS THAT WERE “RESCUED” USING DONATED FUNDS HAVE GONE M.I.A. POOF. VANISHED.

Consider this too: TAXPAYER-FUNDED animal controls and shelters are required to account for the animals that come through their doors (even though some of these facilities are caught red-handed lying about killing alot more animals unethically, inhumanely, llegally, and without remorse or guilt than they are reporting:

https://yesbiscuit.wordpress.com/2016/01/21/some-ny-shelters-hiding-their-killed-animals-at-veterinary-offices/

Here’s an ecerpt from the link above:

Some of the shelters take their animals to private veterinary offices for killing.  Vets fall under different reporting requirements than shelters and when they dispose of dead animals, they don’t have to specify whether the pet belonged to a client or came from a shelter.  Five of the seven shelters contract with a crematory in Hartsdale, which estimates it cremates 30,000 pets a year with 1450 of those coming from area shelters.

The Yonkers Animal Shelter did have records on file with the state but the documents, which indicate only 5 dogs and zero cats were killed during a one year period, are clearly useless:

In 2015, [director of the Yonkers shelter Almira] Simpson said, 71 cats and 11 dogs from the shelter, including the five Yonkers reported to the state, were put down.

With this requirement, *some* taxpayers may have a problem (and will vocalize their opposition of their tax dollars being used to kill innocent animals) with their tax dollars supporting a high kill rate animal shelter that regularly kills healthy animals rather than at least trying to run a successful adoption program with good marketing to find as many animals homes as possible rather than killing them.

Fox Henhouse3

However, with the vast lack of oversight in donation-funded and adoption-based animal rescue, there are NO REQUIREMENTS THAT THESE “RESCUES” MUST REPORT TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE DONORS THAT SUPPORT THEIR RESCUE OPERATION IN MANY CASES, WHERE ALL OF THE ANIMALS THAT THEY ASK FOR AND RECEIVE DONATIONS TO RESCUE ARE DAYS OR MONTHS AFTER THEY ARE “RESCUED”, LET ALONE WHERE ALL THESE ANIMALS ARE (and whether they are alive or dead, and if dead, EXACTLY HOW WERE THEY KILLED?) 2-3 years later.

SOME DONORS WOULD ALSO NOT DONATE AND SUPPORT SOME OF THESE RESCUES THAT HAVE A HIGH KILL RATE ON HEALTHY, OR RELATIVELY HEALTHY ANIMALS THAT DON’T WISH TO DIE.

If these donors knew precisely how many animals that were supposed to be, and are being portrayed as “rescued and safe”, were actually killed instead (after all of their sympathy “donation-value” has been wrung out of them that is) to make way for “new/fresh merchandise” animals, some/many of these “rescues that aren’t” would LOSE A LARGE PORTION OF THEIR DONOR BASE BECAUSE MOST ANIMAL LOVERS REFUSE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE KILLING OR DISAPPEARING OF ANIMALS NOT WISHING TO DIE JUST BECAUSE THEY MAY HAVE ISSUES THAT RENDER THEM UNADOPTABLE AND/OR THEY HAVE BEEN UP FOR ADOPTION FOR TOO LONG.

THE BOTTOM-LINE IS THAT THE DONATION-FUNDED ADOPTION BASED (RETAIL) “RESCUE” DOESN’T WANT TO SPEND ANY MORE OF THAT FREE DONATION THEY ASK FOR AND RECEIVE ON ANIMALS THAT DON’T MAKE MONEY, OR IN FACT MAKE THE “RESCUE” LOOK BAD IF THEY HAVE OLD AGE AND/OR CHRONIC ISSUES THAT CAUSES THEM TO NOT LOOK SO RED HOT (opening them up to attack by competing donation-funded (retail) rescues FOR THE VERY SAME REASONS THEY ATTACK OTHER ANIMAL OWNERS AND RESCUES CARING FOR OLD, ILL, DEBILITATED ANIMALS).

Passive and gullible people just “assume” that when the animals are rescued by a “bonafide rescue” they are “safe”.

But instead, many animals that these traders, flippers and dealers posing as rescues attain USING DONATED FUNDS sent to them by clueless people that never ask questions pretty much vanish in the “don’t ask, don’t tell” environment at these cloak and dagger “rescues” that are smart enough to throw their groupie followers a bone from time to time and publicly state that they “had to put an animal down”.

So even when they don’t provide publicly posted vet reports or euthanasia reports stating “why” and “how” the animal was euthanized/killed, them speaking for their vet (because most vets, even the Dr. Death ones that kill healthy animals at the “rescues” bidding and are paid with donated funds to do so – make no mistake however, animals are disposed of in a myriad of ways that are far from pleasant by these betrayers of animals-, draw the line at writing false vet reports stating a phony reason why an animal was killed because they don’t want to lose their license under intense scrutiny) is still enough to fool passive head-in-the-sand folks that crow “see, they are so transparent” and no one thinks to ask about where the other 10, 20, 50, 75, or 100+ animals that were “rescued” in 1 year using donated funds are.

So this now begs the question of if the rescue is supposedly “rescuing” animals they are constantly begging the public to send them money to rescue, when they keep all that donated money but kill or “disappear” healthy/relatively healthy animals that WANT TO LIVE and don’t say anything at all, or even flat-out lie about where those “rescued” animals are at, wouldn’t that be considered:

* cruelty and abuse to rescued animals,

*misrepresentation,

*misappropriation of funds (when they use donated funds sent to rescue animals and instead use the funds to kill or disappear the animals),

*and fraud?

Nonprofit2

The other question is: “designated funds” are legally supposed to be used for designated purposes.

But because pocketing the money to use on “whatever” that was/is supposed to be used to rescue and maintain animals would go over like a lead balloon with even the most gullible of donors, exactly WHAT IS THAT MONEY BEING USED FOR (besides mani’s, pedi’s, feeding and maintaining their own personal animals, paying non-rescue related bills, spending it on their kids,  vacations, luxury items, cosmetic surgery, etc)?

So many questions, so few answers, so little, if any, oversight, and the callous, gutter-slime scam artists at some of these donation-funded adoption-based animal (retail)rescues are laughing their way to the bank and riding their own personal gravy train, just as innocent animals that were supposed to be rescued on behalf of kind donors are disposed of by these evil magicians, often in the most betraying, cruel, and terrifying of ways.

And as for the rescues that don’t have the really vile habit of “freshening the merchandise” by killing and disappearing animals that may not be adoptable for various reasons but still want and DESERVE TO LIVE, and that were rescued using donated funds? They are the rescues that are generally filled to capacity, their operators usually have jobs outside of rescue to support their rescue efforts, their donations are scarce, small and often few and far between, and they have a waiting list for the very reason that they don’t callously and cavalierly kill animals UNLESS the animal has a condition that cannot be treated and the pain controlled for the animal to have a decent quality of life.

They deserve the support from the public, but alas, they generally don’t lie, embellish, create crisises and “emergencies” every week, and fabricate sappy stories that are designed to tug on peoples heartstrings.

Most people also don’t understand that even the daily day-to-day taking care of rescued animals, that might be a bit boring, is just as important, and maybe even more so, if there are animals at the rescue that may never find an adoptive home because they can’t be “used” for anything, just as the animals that are being “rescued” with a lot of hoople, drama, embellishments, lies, made-up stories designed to open donors wallets, and fanfare by showboating donation-funded (retail) rescues kill and “disappear” these useless animals all the time.

For any animal lovers that don’t just participate in rescuing for the social aspects and camaradiere of interacting with other rescuers and actually do care about what happens to ALL of the animals that a rescue is rescuing, do yourselves and the animals in need a favor and send the animal rescue/s your are considering supporting and donating to the simple 1 page questionnaire at the link below BEFORE YOU DONATE OR ARE SUPPORTIVE of any animal rescue and find out how transparent and accountable the rescue really is regarding what they do with un-sellable/un-adoptable/useless animals.

As it is now, there are no government agencies or organizations that monitor the safety and longevity of animals AFTER THEY ARE RESCUED (kind of sad that innocent animals that are supposed to be rescued and safe with rescues that USE GENEROUS DONATIONS TO RESCUE ON BEHALF OF ANIMAL LOVERS have to rely on the public to make sure that hustlers and con-artists DON’T CALLOUSLY AND CAVILIERLY KILL AND DISAPPEAR THEM IN STEALTH AND SECRECY in sometimes/often cruel ways), so it falls to the animal loving public that find the killing of healthy/reasonably healthy animals by rescues to be repugnant, disappointing, cruel and disgusting to monitor and scrutinize animal rescues to make sure they aren’t clearing-house, “sorting”, and killing facilities.

Here’s that 1 page questionnaire that honest, accountable and transparent rescues will have no problem filling out and returning to the sender – by taking the time to ask questions, you may well save an animals life that doesn’t wish to be dead at the hands of animal traffickers and dealers posing as a rescue:

Malignant Narcissists, Egomaniacs, Scam Artists and Pathological Liars Have Infiltrated Animal Rescue

Split Personality Woman

The woman discussed in the lengthy article at the link below is a sociopath/psychopath, a very accomplished liar and a con artist that ran frauds in 3 countries and wasted alot of law enforcement and other government agencies money trying to “help” her regarding the fictional scenarios she is running.

Not to mention the many gullible, trusting people she USED AND LIED TO that were also trying to help her after she spoke her tales of woe and abuse.

http://www.newyorker.com/science/maria-konnikova/how-stories-deceive

An excerpt from the article:

On the afternoon of October 10, 2013, an unusually cold day, the streets of downtown Dublin were filled with tourists and people leaving work early. In their midst, one young woman stood out. She seemed dazed and distressed as she wandered down O’Connell Street, looking around timidly, a helpless-seeming terror in her eyes. She stopped in front of the post office, or, as locals would have it, the G.P.O. Standing between the thick columns, she looked even more forlorn. She was dressed in a purple hoodie under a gray wool sweater; tight, darkly colored jeans; and flat, black shoes. Her face was ashen. She was shivering. A passerby, stunned by her appearance, asked if she needed help. She looked at him mutely, as if not quite grasping the essence of the question. Somebody called the police. An officer from the Store Street garda station answered the call. He took her to a hospital. It seemed the best thing to do.

She was a teen-ager—fourteen or fifteen, at most. At five feet six, she weighed just more than eighty-eight pounds. Her long, blond hair covered a spiny, battered back. Once she did talk, some days later, it became clear that she had only the most rudimentary grasp of English—not enough to say who she was or why she’d appeared as she had. But the girl could draw. And what she drew made her new guardians catch their breaths. One stifled a gasp. One burst out crying. There she was, a small stick-like figure, being flown to Ireland on a plane. And there she was again, lying on a bed, surrounded by multiple men. She seemed to be a victim of human trafficking—one of the lucky ones who had somehow managed to escape.

another excerpt:

Stories bring us together. We can talk about them and bond over them. They are shared knowledge, shared legend, and shared history; often, they shape our shared future. Stories are so natural that we don’t notice how much they permeate our lives. And stories are on our side: they are meant to delight us, not deceive us—an ever-present form of entertainment.

That’s precisely why they can be such a powerful tool of deception. When we’re immersed in a story, we let down our guard. We focus in a way we wouldn’t if someone were just trying to catch us with a random phrase or picture or interaction. (“He has a secret” makes for a far more intriguing proposition than “He has a bicycle.”) In those moments of fully immersed attention, we may absorb things, under the radar, that would normally pass us by or put us on high alert. Later, we may find ourselves thinking that some idea or concept is coming from our own brilliant, fertile minds, when, in reality, it was planted there by the story we just heard or read.

Pathological Liar6

The article at the link above is a long read, but well worth the time because of the insight it gives into how con-artists minds work.

Kind compassionate people cannot even imagine that someone would weave such a deceptive web of lies in order for that person to profit and gain, but people like the woman in this story in fact do it over, and over, and over again – even after they are caught doing it, investigated, prosecuted, fined, and sometimes even jailed.

What they leave in their wake are destroyed and ruined lives, people have lost any sense of trust, and people feel foolish they didn’t know they were being conned.

Flattery5

Because there are currently so many pathological liars and sociopaths operating donation-funded adoption-based animal (retail) rescues that spin their tall tales of mostly fiction with a tiny bit of fact mixed in to add legitiamacy to the “rescue” of animals in order to get donation money from their gullible “marks” and “useful idiots” in the public sector, approx. 30 animal rescues have been sent the `1 page questionnaire at the link below, which contains mostly “yes” or “no” answers the rescues can choose from, and NONE of them have filled out the pertinent information that any legitimate rescue should not have a problem disclosing, and NONE of them will answer any questions.

It begs the question – “exactly what is the problem with answering questions that go to the accountability and transparency of an animal rescue (that MOST brag that they are)”?

What exactly IS THE PROBLEM regarding providing current photo and video documentation of “rescued animals”?
You know, the innocent animals that hundreds of thousands of donation dollars paid for the animals “rescue”.
It should be easy to provide CURRENT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS of each and every animal rescued in the past year taken at the main rescue facility, at their “satellite facilities”, “at the trainers”, in foster homes, etc?

Since many of these rescues won’t and can’t tell the truth, even if the lives of their kids depended on it because the TRUTH would expose them as swindlers, it’s just not good enough regarding what “they say”.

Providing PROOF that rescued animals are alive and well should be EASY since responsible rescues have stringent adoption and foster contracts.
If rescued animals really are “at the trainers” (one rescue has said they have over 70 horses “at the trainers”, which is absurd and obviously a bald-faced lie because of the monthly cost alone), assuredly most trainers would love the free advertising the rescue would be providing for them by posting the trainers location and contact information and some photos and videos of the horses being trained.

Pray tell, why do so many of these donation-funded rescues REFUSE to SIMPLY provide details of rescued animals whereabouts besides the FACT that they CAN’T because the innocent, “rescued” animal is MOST LIKELY dead and GONE?

Short Form Information Page and Questionnaire For Animal Rescues

When primarily or entirely donation-funded animal rescues refuse to answer simple questions such as posting vet reports the “rescue” ‘says’ they have, and verifying WHERE ALL OF THE RESCUED ANIMALS ARE, and other simple things, THAT IS A RED FLAG, HOLY SHIT INDICATOR THAT NO ONE SHOULD SUPPORT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE MOST LIKELY RUNNING A CON ON PEOPLE USING INNOCENT ANIMALS AS PAWNS TO HAVE GULLIBLE DONORS SEND MORE, AND MORE FREE MONEY THAT THESE SCAMMERS LIVE OFF OF BECAUSE MOST OF THE FOUNDERS AND PRIMARY PLAYERS AT RETAIL RESCUES DO NOT HAVE JOBS BESIDES “RESCUE” AND HAVE MADE “RESCUE” THEIR CAREER.

Liars6

Asking questions of these liars and psychopaths is like kryptonite is to superman, or water is to the wicked witch of the west:
IT DESTROYS THEM BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN FACT CHECK, VERIFY ANY ANSWERS THEY GIVE, COMPARE ANSWERS WITH ANSWERS GIVEN TO OTHER PEOPLE AND FIND OUT WHO THE SCAM ARTISTS, GRIFTERS AND CONS ARE THAT ARE SIMPLY OPPORTUNISTS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF AN OPPORTUNITY IN THE ANIMAL RESCUE INDUSTRY TO CONVINCE AND CONNIVE MONEY OUT OF TRUSTING AND GULLIBLE PEOPLE IN THE PUBLIC THAT WILL NEVER ASK THESE GRIFTERS QUESTIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO TIMID and/or DUMB.

Because of these scammers operating in reality-show-antics, circus sideshow donation-funded animal rescue, a certain amount of cynacism must be brought to the table in order so that innocent animals aren’t first used to get in donations for yet another unbelievable, “dramatic” ‘rescue’ and then are killed or disappeared by the “rescue” after “sorting” when it is discovered the animal is UNADOPTABLE WITH OR WITHOUT A FEE AND THE “RESCUE” IS NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF FEEDING ANIMALS they can’t get rid of quickly in order to bring in more animals USING DONATION MONEY, sometimes through multiple, questionable online accounts that are difficult to trace except through forensic accounting.

Believe What I Say1

Real animal lovers that aren’t SIMPLETONS and IMBECILES literally addicted to tuning-in for the reality-show bullshit that is often as fake as a $3 bill, do their RESEARCH, AND IF A RESCUE CAN’T BE BOTHERED TO FILL OUT A SIMPLE QUESTIONNAIRE WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR RESCUE, BACKGROUND INFO ON THEIR PRIMARY PARTICIPANTS AT THE RESCUE  (WHETHER THEY ARE PAID OR ARE VOLUNTEERS), THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH ANIMALS, THEIR FINANCIALS REGARDING “DESIGNATED FUNDRAISERS” THAT SO MANY RESCUES ARE ALWAYS RUNNING, WHERE DO ALL OF THE ANIMALS THEY RESCUE END UP, AND OTHER NON-COMPLICATED QUESTIONS, THEY DON’T SUPPORT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE MOST LIKELY TELLING TALL TALES, SPEWING LIES, EMBELLISHMENTS AND BULLSH*T, AND YOU ARE SIMPLY A “MARK” AND “USEFUL IDIOT” THAT IS SUPPORTING THEIR SCAM.

Seizures of Senior Citizens With Assets Comparable to Seizure of Peoples Animals

http://ppjg.me/2012/10/24/opportunistic-racism-in-the-dc-probate-court/

Excerpt from the link above:

You may think a probate court like the one in our nation’s capitol functions to preserve and protect the financial assets of dependent and defenseless senior citizens.  Think again!

What it mostly does is steal their money and discard the disposable human remains behind the imprimatur of government sanction, leaving only poverty, betrayal and emotional devastation in its wake.

At the link above is a blog post that outlines how seniors and also those with disabilities that have assets are literally kidnapped away from their families by a corrupt legal system of court appointed “guardians”, judges, attorney’s in a legal system that is tilted against families that cannot afford legal representation in order to fight to get their beloved family members from the ugly grasp of the court appointed “guardians” and judges.

Corruption in rescue3

Sounds similar in many ways to when the dishonest opportunist animal dealers, animal flippers, and animal traffickers that are posing as donation-funded “rescues” use their stupid and gullible followers free donation money they ask for and receive to run seizure scams on innocent-of-any-wrong-doing animal owners.

These grifters research their potential victims first to try and make sure their targets-for-attack can’t afford attorney’s to step in right away and defend them against the false accusations and lies aimed at them, they file anonymous complaints of varying kinds to animal controls and tell the animal controls “we’re here to “help” you with the seizure and upkeep, rehab, maintenance, and placement of seized animals”, and then animal control in collusion and corruption with these faux DONATION-FUNDED rescues attack innocent animal owners under color of law and seize all of the animals whether they have issues or not and literally give them for free to donation-funded retail rescues that collet donations on them, charge excessive “impound fees” on them as ransom that most owners cannot afford to pay, and then they SELL the animals that are good for adoptions-for-a-fee and kill and disappear the animals that can’t be adopted out rather than feed and maintain animals that can’t do anything for anyway even though the animals don’t wish to die.

Corruption in rescue1

This is known as “the rescue racket” and if you think you are safe from this travesty, think again because it is happening in epidemic proportions around the world because corrupt employees at animal controls are in “partnership”/collusion with corrupt donation-funded animal rescues, with some of those animal control officers being paid kickbacks and receiving other gifts from the “rescue” when they over-step and use their authority to seize animals, whether animals need to be seized or not.

Then the politicians in the counties or cities where this is occurring get in on the act and actually persecute and prosecute animal owners based on privatized animal rescues say-so, whether animals are being abused and neglected or not, so that the politicians can look like they’re “doing something” to protect animals even though in many instances they are actually HELPING ANIMAL RESCUES COMMIT FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, DEFAMATION, AND MISAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS, THEFT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY, HARRASSMENT, INCITING RIOTS BY RAMPING UP MOBS TO ATTACK ANIMAL OWNERS AND ALSO STALKING.

Without the mobs they ramp up and the cooperation of TAXPAYER FUNDED ANIMAL CONTROLS AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, the low-down animal dealers posing as animal rescues would not be able to do seizure scams because they need “the noise and numbers (of people) to get the job done.

Corruption in rescue2

Fortunately, as more and more animal owners are becoming members of The Cavalry Group (http://thecavalrygroup.com/) which sends in defense lawyers to defend animal owners under siege by scam-artists in animal rescue that are more often than not “partnering” with corrupt individuals employed at TAXPAYER-FUNDED animal controls, more people are able to not only get their animals back, they are also getting legal support in order to go on the offense and file civil lawsuits against their attackers.

asking questions5

In order to weed-out and expose corrupt and fraudulent animal rescues, it behooves the public sector to ask questions and expect answers BEFORE SUPPORTING OR DONATING TO ANY RESCUE.

Send the 1-page information sheet and questionnaire at the link below before you support and donate to rescues and then based on their answers to simple questions you will be able to decide if you wish to support them or not (don’t be surprised if they ignore the questionnaire – at least you’ll have your answer of whether to support the rescue or not because why would anyone in their right minds support a rescue that won’t answer simple questions and instead DISRESPECTS YOU BY IGNORING YOU ENTIRELY?)

Catching Embezllers and Fraudsters at Non-Profit Animal Rescues

Embellelment1

Noun 1. embezzlersomeone who violates a trust by taking (money) for his own use

beguiler, cheater, deceiver, trickster, slicker, cheatsomeone who leads you to believe something that is nottrue
stealer, thief – a criminal who takes property belonging to someone else with the intention of keeping it or selling it

The woman at the link below is just one example of an embezzler at a humane society that was “cooking the books”:

http://www.conwaydailysun.com/newsx/local-news/123635-ex-employee-charged-with-stealing-from-conway-area-humane-society

An excerpt from the link:

A former employee of the Conway Area Humane Society is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges for allegedly stealing nearly $10,000 from the animal shelter over the course of several months.

If not for her relocating and getting another job and the humane society she was employed with having to train someone else for her position, chances are more money would have disappeared into her bank account or pocketbook.

Embellelment3

Unfortunately, embezzlement occurs everyday at what are supposed to be nonprofit animal rescues because there is a VAST LACK OF OVERSIGHT BY THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES VESTED WITH MONITORING NONPROFIT ANIMAL RESCUES AND ADVOCACY ORGANIZATIONS.

The obvious way we know this is happening is because when people in the public sector ask animal rescues the most simple of questions, answers are RARELY FORTHCOMING.

These questions include:

  • Will the rescue show their financials when they run a “designated fundraiser” (asking for donations for specific things) so that people can see exactly what money is coming in and what its being spent on.
  • When asking for donations to cover veterinarian expenses on certain animals, will the rescue publicly post the vet reports and bills.
  • If animals are euthanized and donations are used for the euthanasia and the disposal of the animals body, will the rescue publicly post vet reports, euthanasia reports, and also disposal bills.
  • If donations are asked for to sponsor an animal at the rescue or in foster care, will the rescue publicly post those itemized bills and who the money is going to.
  • If an animal rescue “partners” with a government agency doing a seizure of animals and asks for donations for the expenses associated with the seizure, will they post all of the bills related to that seizure.
  • Will they post how many animals were seized.
  • Will they post how many animals are seen by a veterinarian.
  • Will they post how many animals were euthanized.
  • Will they post when and how many animals were adopted-out and also post their adoption fees.

There are a lot more questions people have than just the ones listed above, but no matter what the questions are, an animal rescue that is TRULY. TRANSPARENT. THAT. IS. TRULY. ETHICAL. and also who are TRULY. NONPROFIT. and aren’t just animal dealers and traffickers posing as a NONPROFIT. ANIMAL. RESCUE. will be PLEASED. and HAPPY. to answer those questions along with any other questions folks in the public sector have.

The public shouldn’t have to hound animal rescues to answer questions and post vet reports when they are saying their vets are examining animals using YOUR donated money.

The animal rescues, if they are on the up-and-up, should be wanting to show how truly transparent they are if they really are honest.

As its turning out however, THERE.ARE.VERY.FEW.ANIMAL.RESCUES. THAT.ARE.WILLING.TO.POST.THIS.INFORMATION.

In fact, many animal rescues that are PRIMARILY, OR ENTIRELY DONATION-FUNDED AND ALSO ADOPTION-BASED become downright combative when mere mortals in the public have the audacity to ask them questions, and some people are actually attacked publicly by those rescues enabler, groupie, True Believer followers that don’t appear to have a brain in their heads and asking questions is taboo and the equivalent of “being mean” (boo-hoo) in their feeble sheeple minds.

Retail rescues basically want everything their own way;

they want to be able to ask for and receive free money donations from the public so they can “showboat” and receive praise about what “sacrifices they make in order to rescue animals” (remember, they usually don’t have jobs outside of rescue because gullible people pay for them to have “rescue as their job”),

they want to be paid to rescue,

they want to look like the great rescuers and have all that free money flowing in that keeps their own personal ego-pumping thrill ride screaming along……..

but on the flip side of the coin is that they don’t want anyone to question them about where that free money they receive is being spent,

where do ALL OF THE ANIMALS THEY RESCUE USING OTHER PEOPLES MONEY END UP WEEKS AND MONTHS AFTER BEING RESCUED,

they don’t want anyone questioning their decisions or giving recommendations,

and they just don’t want to be held accountable for anything to anyone –

Sounds like a great job and a great lifestyle if someone is able to put aside their ethics, their honesty, their consciences, and their compassion and empathy for anyone or anything else and only have their focus on “me, me, me, and only me and my desires and wishes”.

Pathological Liar5

Unfortunately, even when some people do ask questions, they soon get worn down by the narcissists and sociopaths in animal rescue side-stepping, diverting attention to other things, painting themselves as the “poor victims of mean people asking them questions”, throwing up roadblocks regarding answering questions that could be fact-checked and verified as true or false about their backgrounds, etc.

Add to that when people that ask simple questions are attacked, stalked and harassed by the retail rescues sheeple followers that aren’t smart enough to ask questions, even the most tenacious usually walk-away and get on with their lives and consider animal rescue a foray into some weird dimension where animals are bartered, sold, killed, and disappeared (and the elephant in the room of “where are all those animals ending up” hides in plain sight) and the cogs in the rescue-machine just keep on turning.

If not for the lives of animals that are at the retail rescues mercy, that really would be a sensible and sanity-saving solution – just.walk.away.

However, when people walk away, they are walking away from innocent animals that didn’t ask to be used as pawns in some scam-artists money making scheme and tragically, many animals that were supposed to be “rescued” using nice peoples money are instead killed or disappeared when their “use and purpose” for the retail rescue is done.

Embellelment2

Going forward, if true animal lovers would just take the few minutes it takes to send the 1 page questionnaire at the link below to any animal rescue you are thinking of supporting and sending donations too, or are somewhat suspicious of because they’re always asking for money from the public but don’t seem to adopt out a lot of animals, don’t tell people when they’re euthanizing animals, but then continue to ask for more and more money to “rescue” more and more animals, you really will be a true animal lover for caring enough to ask simple questions and expect answers so you can determine if the animal rescue you are thinking of supporting really is a rescue, or are they low-down animal dealers posing as an animal rescue that are using animals and gullible people to make a very tidy living.

Real Rescue OR “Retail Rescue”?? YOU DECIDE

Exploring Mind1
The link and quote below are Shared from a Facebook page:
“These puppies are for sale at $1,850.00 from a “rescue”. Their moms were purchased with donated money at a dog auction! But they are “rescued”. Same dogs that are sold in the pet stores, for the same price, what is the difference?”
People on that Facebook page where these puppies were posted for “adoption” are just trying to understand and are also trying to get to the core of why dogs bought at a dog auction by a “rescue” USING donation money (not their own money) and then selling them for exorbitant adoption fees is any different then selling them retail besides that retail sales REQUIRE that buyers have to pay sales tax.

Another question is “are there not dogs languishing at animal controls that are on kill lists, and also dogs being given away for free to “whomever” on Craigslist and other freebie classified sites that may end up being used for “bait dogs” for training fighting dogs, or perhaps “bundled” and sold to labs for experiments”?

Sure, they’re probably not going to be cute little puppies of purebred breeds when they are “pulled” from animal control or off of Craigslist, so they won’t bring in the high “adoption” fees, but aren’t rescues supposed to rescue animals in dire straits that may be facing a horrible death?

Its for this reason that more and more rescues are being scrutinized in order to figure out if they are what are known as “retail rescues” – because many, many animal dealers have gotten into “rescue” whereby they can tug at gullible peoples heartstrings and beg for donations to supposedly “rescue” animals when the FACT is that they are NOT really rescuing in many cases and are doing what is called “double dipping” and getting other people to buy animals for them with no expense to them, they then “sort” the animals other peoples money bought, and then they SELL the animals calling it “adoption” that don’t have issues bad enough to keep them from being sold, and then the “broken merchandise” animals that have issues are discarded in various ways.

Short Attention Span2

These players in “animal rescue” COUNT ON THE FACT that the short-attention-spanned public won’t follow up on what happened to ALL OF THE ANIMALS THAT WERE “RESCUED” USING DONATED FUNDS ON WHAT ARE CALLED “DESIGNATED FUNDRAISERS” AND ARE ALSO SUPPOSED TO BE BEING MAINTAINED USING DONATION DOLLARS TOO.

This is considered FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, AND A HOST OF OTHER CRIMES, but unless or until THE PUBLIC (because of the vast lack of oversight in donation-funded animal rescue making it a free-for-all for scam artists) takes the bull by the horns and starts filing complaints TO AG’S OFFICES, THE IRS AND THE DEPARTMENT OF AG, these grifters will continue to USE ANIMALS AS PAWNS and defraud the public and also KILL ANIMALS THAT AREN’T GOOD FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY HAVE “ISSUES” AND BECAUSE “RETAIL RESCUES” ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF FEEDING USELESS ANIMALS.

Non-Profit Fraud21

Going forward, BEFORE you support and/or donate to an animal rescue, and rather then be trusting and gullible regarding who you’re sending your hard earned money to, send the animal rescue the 1 page short-form questionnaire at the link below and see if they will fill it out and return it to you so that you will have a broader understanding of how an animal rescue you are thinking of supporting operates with answers to questions coming from the actual rescue.

Better for you and the animals you are trying to help with your support and donation dollars to ask questions and verify information by asking the ACTUAL RESCUE for the information and not just going on hearsay then to hear after the fact that an animal rescue you trusted with no questions asked turns out to be a retail rescue that flips animals for a living and perhaps discards useless animals in the most callous of ways.

The Publics Short Attention Span Allows “Convenience Killing” to Happen at Donation-Funded Animal Rescues

Convinience Killing5

“Easier dead then fed” is an unspoken motto at some/many animal controls all over the  country as illustrated at the blog post at the link below:

https://yesbiscuit.wordpress.com/2015/12/07/nevada-pound-director-avoids-felony-charges-enabled-by-police-chief/

A excerpt from the blog:

Boulder City Animal Control Officer Ann Inabnitt told police that Frazier, her supervisor, didn’t want to provide medical care to Lotus, an abused 11-week-old pit bull suffering from shattered teeth, a swollen head and a broken left hip. Frazier’s reason, her co-worker told police, was “we don’t spend money on pit bulls and because I’m just going to stick her anyway,” according to the detective’s affidavit to support an arrest warrant. […] Frazier refused to put the pit bull on the veterinarian-recommended diet of soft food, records show.

The police investigation reportedly found that Frazier had personally killed approximately half the animals who were impounded by Boulder City AC since being promoted to supervisor in 2006.  She instructed staff not to advertise animals for adoption online.  The Boulder City pound was never at capacity and animals were killed while cages sat empty.

Nobody Cares4

People may be apathetic and say “that’s just what animal controls do and what they have always done” and although that may be true at some animal controls where the apathy and de-sensitizing to killing animals is running rampant, more and more animal controls are in fact trying to do things differently, the taxpaying public is following through caring about what is happening at animal controls that their taxpayer money finances and they are expressing they don’t want to be a part of their money being spent killing healthy animals.

Greeders3

Now we turn to the “dirty little secret” in donation-funded animal rescue:

exactly what is a donation-funded animal rescue to do when the primary players at the rescue don’t have jobs outside of rescue to support their rescue efforts and have made “rescue their career”, they keep getting in more and more animals from various places including on seizures and “rescue raids” in “partnership/collusion with animal controls  (they sometimes/often “troll” neighborhoods for victims and/or have their cult-member True Believer followers do it for them and call in complaints on animal owners), at sales and auctions, etc, they take the animals home that emergency/crisis rescue fundraising donation dollars paid for rescuing and are also supposed to pay for vet care, maintenance, etc, they “sort” the “new merchandise” animals, decide which ones can be sold on “adoptions-for-a-fee” aka SELLING, and for the ones that don’t “make the cut” as adoptable so-to-speak because of physical and/or behavioral/training issues, every penny of sympathy/pity donation money is squeezed out of them and they are then either euthanized or disappeared into the realm of broken merchandise animals.

No one will ever say that all rescued animals are going to go on to live wonderful lives after they are rescued.

Sometimes they DO in fact have physical/medical issues that can’t be repaired and are truly causing extreme pain and suffering whereby the animal doesn’t want to live and needs help passing on due to the lack of any quality of life whether having received palliative care for an on-going chronic or terminal issue, or it is an acute condition that cannot be helped.

However, in those cases, it should be EASY for the primarily, or entirely donation-funded rescue to provide the actual veterinarian reports that donation-dollars are being asked for and received to take care of that animal on designated fundraisers and people can read those veterinarian reports and euthanasia reports written by a LICENSED VETERINARIAN and determine if reasonable measures were taken AND if in the opinion of the attending veterinarian the animal truly was suffering and couldn’t live a decent life even though they couldn’t be used for anything.

Red flags fly when DONATION-FUNDED animal rescues ask for and receive crisis designated donations for animals to have them under vet care, maintain them, etc, but then the public is told the rescue “had to put them down” and they post long drawn out flowery heartstring-tugging and sympathy evoking posts of “why” they had to put the animal down but they REFUSE TO POST ANY VET and/or EUTHANASIA REPORTS.

THAT makes people wonder WHY ARE THEY THE MOUTHPIECES FOR THE VET?

Doesn’t their vet know how to write reports that can be posted for the public to see?

Or is what the primary players at the “rescue” are SAYING is “wrong with the animal” really isn’t the case, they are exaggerating and embellishing (as narcissists are known to do A LOT!) and the animal could live a comfortable life even if they can’t be used for anything?

Even vets that are “partnering” and/or in collusion with animal dealers posing as animal rescues draw the line somewhere and won’t write false info that could and would be scrutinized if it were posted publicly because they may in fact be jeopardizing their licenses if they are caught helping a retail rescue commit nonprofit fraud against the public if they are constantly making things up and saying an animal MUST be euthanized because there is no hope for even a reasonable quality of life even if the animal can’t “do” anything for anyone other than just live their lives in whatever phase of life they’re in.

Then there are also the animals that a donation-funded “rescue” rescues that people may hear something about for a week, a few weeks, or maybe even a month.

But then its as if the rescued animal vanished off the face of the earth and are never heard about again.

Some people may pester the rescue for a while asking about certain animals, but when enough excuses are made, the rescue may get aggressive with the questioner expressing concern for the animal that they also may in fact have donated to the animals rescue, they are blocked, etc, MOST people unfortunately simply walk away and its as if the animal never existed at all.

The retail rescues/flippers/animal dealers COUNT ON THE FACT THAT MOST PEOPLE WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH REGARDING IDENTIFYING WHERE ALL OF THE ANIMALS A DONATION-FUNDED RESCUE ASKED FOR AND RECEIVED DESIGNATED DONATIONS TO RESCUE AND MAINTAIN THESE ANIMALS REALLY ARE WEEKS OR MONTHS AFTER THE RESCUE AND IF THEY ARE ALIVE OR PERHAPS DEAD AS CAN BE – yet another victim of “convenience killing” that MANY RETAIL RESCUES ARE GUILTY AS SIN OF DOING OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER AGAIN.

People may ask “why” primarily, or entirely donation-funded rescues don’t let people know about all the animals they rescue, even when the animals may have been euthanized.

Here’s one HUGE reason they aren’t “transparent” with the public:

because some donation-funded rescues are what are called “retail rescues” and they “are not in the business” of providing sanctuary or hospice care for animals that can’t be sold, or even given away for free for that matter, they “convenience kill” just like lazy, insensitive, sociopathic people at animal controls do because they simply don’t have a use for that animal and they often have things they want to spend designated donations they took in on their own personal animals, themselves, their kids, etc.

Their shoddy, despicable business model is based on volume turnover of animals that are considered merchandise.

So when they get in new animals “rescued” using other peoples donation money they are constantly asking for, as explained before, they”sort” animals, determine which can be adopted out relatively soon because they aren’t in bad shape, continue to collect “sympathy/pity” donations on those that are in less than optimum condition that may or may not be candidates for selling once fixed-up, and the ones that can be fixed-up are, and those that perhaps have chronic physical conditions that will render them unsellable are killed or disappeared when their donation-value dries up.

For the animals that may look good but also *may* have some training/behavioral issues observed and the rescue either doesn’t have the skills to work with the animal from a behavioral/training standpoint, or its just too much work when they have other animals that are far easier to sell, they deem the animal “dangerous” (in other words, what happens a lot is that the people at the rescue can’t train their way out of a paper bag and rather than someone else getting the animal that may in fact be easy to train and would make the retail rescue look bad, they label them “bad” and its a done deal) and rather than try to secure a home at a sanctuary or with people that take in those types of animals, they kill or disappear them.

By just keeping some simple counts, many of these DONATION-FUNDED retail rescues should have 100’s of animals at their facility, in foster care, out for training, etc.

The problem is that they DON’T.

All one has to do is keep track of how many “they say” they are rescuing, keep track of how many they are euthanizing, keep track of how many they say are in foster care, how many they are adopting out, and a rough estimate can be arrived at.

But because of the VAST LACK OF OVERSIGHT IN DONATION-FUNDED ANIMAL RESCUE, rescues are not required to answer questions from mere mortals in the public sector.

Then there is the other problem of a public that is apathetic, they love to get caught up in dramatic rescuing and in the social aspects of being a follower of a chatty, cutesy rescue that praises them for their support, but these people can’t be bothered to really care about all of the animals and refuse to make sure regarding what is happening to all of the animals a donation-funded animal rescue using donation money to operate is DOING WITH THOSE ANIMALS AFTER THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN RESCUED –

IT ISN’T RESCUE WHEN HEALTHY ANIMALS, OR WHEN ANIMALS THAT WANT TO LIVE, ARE INSTEAD KILLED OR DISAPPEARED JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN’T OR WON’T DO ANYTHING SIGNIFICANT FOR ANYONE. – THAT IS CALLED FRAUD, IT IS NOT ONLY UNETHICAL, IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL TOO.

If an animal rescue is primarily, or entirely SELF-FUNDED, then what they do with their own money they use to operate their rescue efforts is their business because it is their own money and not donation-money.

However, when animal rescues base their business model for operation on receiving donation money whereby other people are literally “paying them to rescue” based on the stories they tell people about their exploits in “rescue”, in order to be ethically responsible and transparent, that rescue should be forthright and accountable regarding what is happening to ALL OF THE RESCUED ANIMALS in order to be entirely transparent and so the supportive donating public know that their donated funds are not being used to KILL OR DISAPPEAR animals the rescue discards like broken furniture just because they don’t want to spend money taking care of them, etc.

People also want to know that their donations are not being misappropriated and spent on non-rescue related things.

And there are A LOT of people in rescue-land that ARE NOT GOING TO SUPPORT OR SEND MONEY TOO “rescues” that are killing 10, 20, 30, 40 or more animals a year without showing vet reports, euthanasia reports, and other evidence besides “what they say” regarding why the animal “had to be” killed or why the animal disappeared.

The rock bottom line is that if many of these “retail rescues” that are donation-funded were to disclose to people exactly how many animals they KILL, that they DISAPPEAR”, that they shuffle around hither and yon, here and there playing the shell game with, and that get misplaced and go MIA, the DONATING PUBLIC WOULD BE APPALLED AND WOULD NOT PARTICIPATE BY SUPPORTING THESE RESCUES AND SENDING THEM MONEY FOR THE WHOLESALE KILLING AND DISAPPEARING OF ANIMALS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RESCUED.

Interesting investigation done on a rescue at the link below:

http://infotel.ca/newsitem/why-this-vernon-dog-rescue-wasnt-the-saving-grace-it-claimed-to-be/it25607

Finally, some journalists and reporters that don’t just write “fluff pieces” and/or simply print fictional press releases and/or go by “what the rescue say’s” when they write their stories.

They actually listened to concerned citizens in the public sector regarding some hinky and questionable stuff occurring at a dog rescue – sadly, this same stuff is happening at DONATION-FUNDED ANIMAL RESCUES all over the world since social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, InstaGram and others have made fundraising FREE AND EASY FOR ANYONE.

The only reason this dog rescue was “outted” is because a handful of volunteers DID NOT have short attention-spans and they followed up no matter how long it was going to take regarding getting to the bottom of what was happening to ALL OF THE RESCUED ANIMALS, where was donation money going, why ere people bullied, harassed, stalked, and attacked if they simply asked questions, etc?

Do Something2

If more animal lovers would simply follow-through regarding how DONATION-FUNDED ANIMAL RESCUES are operating, why aren’t concise numbers of animals that are rescued using donation money being disclosed, why aren’t concise numbers of animals that “had to be” euthanized disclosed COMPLETE WITH VETERINARIAN AND EUTHANASIA REPORTS, and why is the rescue rescuing more, and more, and more animals when they aren’t capable of maintaining the ones they’ve already “rescued” without killing the “unworthy of living” ones with “issues” because they only are able to operate based on free money donations consistently coming in?

For anyone that does really WANT TO KNOW what’s going on with donation-funded animal rescues that are OFTEN ALSO ADOPTION-BASED (leaving the door wide-open for common animal dealers to get a foothold in animal rescue where they can “flip” animals with relatively few questions asked they are required to answer), send them the one-page information sheet and questionnaire below and see if they fill it out and return it to you.

Then you can base your conclusions about the donation-funded rescue based on information you can verify and fact check that was sent to you by the actual animal rescue.

And if they ignore you and refuse to fill it out and return it to you, you’ll have all the unspoken answers you’ll need, won’t you?
